Ryan: With my lack of experience with animating I needed to have a few trial and errors with getting the bus to move or creating the illusion of movement. I needed to save the frame of the bus and the two wheels separately in order to animate them. Parenting the 3 objects kept them together as a group and I just needed to add the rotation of the wheels and move the position of the entire bus from one place to another. I drew the bus at 80x36 pixels and scaled it up to 400x180 pixels. In doing this I was able to add more detail to it. I did this to keep up with the pixel 16 bit style.

Bus Moving Test 1
Wheels 1
Ryan: I did these wheels in the same pixel like form as the sprites and bus frame to keep up with the style. They were drawn at 65x65 pixels in size. In the video I think they look nice but a little strange because of there shape. The movement is nice aswell.
Bus Moving Test 2
Ryan: I did these wheels more circular to see if they would look better on the bus. They were also drawn at 65x65 pixels in size. I think these look pretty bad and random. Everything on the bus is pix-elated with no curves so these wheels look out of place.
Lavinia: Me and Ryan decided to both design a bus for the video. This is my design of a bus,I went with the style of a Super Mario game, I believe I got the shape of the bus good, wheels I believe could be better. I believe the GIF of the bus looks well. We both decided to use Ryan's bus in the video because felt it looked better and the bus looks more realistic than mine.
